under the water under the stars

this is the blue hole in santa rosa new mexico. its 80 feet straight down and crystal clear. you can scuba dive here 24/7 and its so clear you can lay on the bottom at night and stare at the stars. hearing that, for the first time in my adult life, made me wish i scuba dived. scuba dove. doved. scuba doved.

this shallow end was actually about 4.5 feet or so. deep enough to put some marks on the wall at least.

the day we went to the grand canyon had all sorts of weird weather. i'm stoked we caught a day that wasn't the usual picture of the grand canyon.

there was about a 15 minute break in the weather before a really gnarly storm rolled in. in that 15 minutes this happened. it was tite.
